Old World German Rye

This IS a German Rye extremely similar to what you will find in German homes.. if a taste of Deutschland is what you are looking for, this is the one!


Our dark pumpernickel bread is perfect for sandwiches, toasted or used for party dips!


A delicious bread that we make from only real rye flour. We make this with or without caraway seeds.


Another of our popular breads, this one, while similar to, is a little lighter than the Alpine Seven Grain and is set apart by a mix of pumpkin and sunflower seeds.

Sour Dough

San Francisco isn't the only city that enjoys Sour Dough bread! A light tangy bread perfect for sandwiches or toasted.


Similar to our handmade white bread but this is made with whole wheat flour.


Our own homemade white bread made from a time tested recipe that is over 50 years old.

A traditional German roll to be enjoyed at Breakfast with butter and jam, as a dinner roll with butter, or split to hold a bratwurst! This roll is characterised by its light crispy crust and soft insides.
